This way, you always know exactly what you’re paying and what it covers.

For Recruitment & Selection – Flex Start, we don’t charge a high entry fee. Instead, we use an innovative model: you pay a fixed monthly rate per contract hour for a pre-agreed period. This spreads the costs and lowers the entry barrier, while ensuring quality and continuity.

And, as always at Flexclick: no cure, no pay—our agreements only start after a successful placement.
