Vacancy Packing Line Operator

How exciting is this! You will be responsible for keeping one of our modern packaging lines running. Together with your colleagues, you ensure the daily packaging of hundreds of thousands of pancakes, poffertjes, and other products—delicious items that customers will see in stores the next day.

What you will do:

You coordinate the workflow on your packaging line, manage the production process, and supervise colleagues in carrying out tasks on the line. During your shift, you are responsible for the overall performance of the packaging line, as well as carefully coordinating, recording, and handling any deviations or malfunctions. You also ensure proper working conditions, the safety of your colleagues, and the quality of our final products in accordance with food safety standards.

Sense of hygiene and quality: You work in a high-care department and take responsibility for delivering products of the highest quality to our customers.

• Flexible and stress-resistant: You are proactive and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously without hesitation.
• You have a VMBO/HAVO level of education and well-developed communication skills.
• You enjoy working in 2- or 3-shift schedules.
• During production peaks, you are willing to work on a Saturday morning if needed.
