We are looking for a motivated team member for a modern gerbera cultivation company, who will play an important role in the growing and production process.

What will you do?

• As a gerbera employee, you ensure our flowers look their best every day. You are involved in the entire process — from harvesting to preparing orders for shipment.
• Your tasks include:
• Harvesting gerberas with attention to quality and ripeness
• Sorting and hanging harvested flowers
• Assembling bouquets and preparing customer orders
• Order picking and checking flowers for shipment
• Keeping the greenhouse and workspaces clean and organized
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a smooth production process
• No day is the same — you make sure every flower gets the attention it deserves!

Who are you?

• You are motivated, responsible, and precise
• You enjoy working in a team but can also work independently
• You speak Dutch or English (English is sufficient)
• You have a practical mindset and enjoy physical work
• Experience in horticulture or greenhouse work is a plus but not required
• You are flexible and willing to help out where needed
• You are reliable and have an eye for detail
