About the Role

Do you have a passion for health, sports, and people?
We are looking for a commercially minded, social, and assertive team player for 25 hours per week who enjoys working in a dynamic and healthy environment.

As a hospitality/reception staff member, you are the first point of contact for our members and visitors.
You welcome guests, provide information about our services, schedule appointments, and ensure that all administrative tasks are in order.
You will be part of an enthusiastic team dedicated to the wellbeing and vitality of others every day.

What will you do?

  • In this versatile role, you will combine customer contact, administration, and hospitality:
  • Warmly welcoming members and visitors at the reception
  • Answering questions and providing information about services and memberships
  • Managing the physiotherapy schedule and performing administrative tasks
  • Managing the hospitality area during swimming lessons
  • Conducting sales calls, contacting prospects, and giving tours
  • Resolving and reporting complaints or issues
  • Ensuring effective communication between management, staff, and customers

Who are you?

  • You have at least an MBO (intermediate vocational) level of education
  • You possess strong communication and social skills
  • You are professional and customer-oriented
  • You are comfortable using computer systems
  • You are commercially minded and enjoy working with people
  • You live in The Hague or the surrounding area
  • You speak and write fluent Dutch
  • You are flexible and can work during the day and in the evening
