Flexclick is looking for a committed and energetic Working Foreman/Woman for cleaning maintenance at museums in Rotterdam.

In this role, you ensure that the location looks perfect every day and that your colleagues know exactly what is expected of them.

What will you do?

As a Working Foreman/Woman, you are the main point of contact on the work floor and actively work alongside your team:

• Distribute tasks and give clear instructions
• Ensure everything runs according to schedule and quality standards
• Perform quality checks and maintain a safe working environment
• Communicate with the client regarding requests, additional work, and progress
• Identify bottlenecks and resolve them quickly
• Guide employees in their work attitude and development
• Manage materials and resources

Who are you?

• You have strong communication, motivation, and teamwork skills
• You have experience in the cleaning industry and preferably an SVS diploma
• You are comfortable using digital systems (e.g., Office 365)
• You are proficient in Dutch, both written and spoken
• You preferably hold a driver’s license (B)
• You enjoy guiding and supporting colleagues

What is offered

• Salary according to the Cleaning & Window Cleaning Company CAO (pay group 3 or 4)
• One-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment
