As a Grower / Horticulture Employee, you will assist in cultivating high-quality vegetable plants and herbs.
You ensure healthy growth and product quality, playing an important role in the daily cultivation process.

What will you do?

• Assist in cultivating healthy and strong vegetable plants and herbs
• Monitor growth, quality, and plant health
• Carry out daily cultivation tasks and crop maintenance
• Maintain safety and cleanliness on the work floor
• Operate a forklift (experience is a plus)
• Work according to cultivation schedules and quality guidelines
• Work flexibly, including occasional weekends

Who are you?

• You have a completed MBO-level education in horticulture, arable farming, or a comparable agricultural field
• You have experience in cultivation – both junior and senior growers are welcome
• You have a proactive and precise working attitude
• You have analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• You speak Dutch well, and English or German
• You are willing to work flexibly, including weekends and on-call shifts
• You have a pesticide license or are willing to obtain one
• Experience in (greenhouse) horticulture and forklift operation is a plus
