What will you do?

As Product Manager – Flowers, you are responsible for the assortment of logistical resources needed to trade flowers efficiently within the ornamental horticulture chain.

• Your tasks include:
• Achieving revenues according to the established budget
• Managing the correct assortment and optimizing product performance
• Conducting market research and analyzing market demand and trends
• Collaborating with analysts to translate market data and customer insights into opportunities
• Translating market insights into new products in collaboration with product developers
• Preparing high-level business cases for product development
• Being responsible for the pricing strategy within your product portfolio
• Maintaining contacts with internal and external stakeholders within the chain

Who are you?

• You have a completed HBO+ or WO degree, preferably in (technical) business administration, public administration, supply chain, or logistics
• You have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in product management, logistics, or supply chain
• You have an entrepreneurial and results-oriented attitude – a true “getting-things-done” mentality
• You have excellent conceptual and analytical skills
• You have an affinity for data and data analysis
• You have experience with Excel; knowledge of PowerBI is a plus
• You are skilled at working with various stakeholders in an international environment
• You have excellent command of Dutch and English; German is a plus
