Logistical resources such as flower buckets, trays, and stackers are an indispensable link in the efficient trade of flowers and plants within the ornamental horticulture chain.
The Logistics Resources team is responsible for managing the assortment, overseeing resources, and developing new products.

In this position, you play a key role in further professionalizing and innovating logistical resources within the flower trade.
What will you do?
As Product Manager – Flowers, you are responsible for the assortment of logistical resources needed to trade flowers efficiently within the ornamental horticulture chain.
- Your tasks include:
- Achieving revenues according to the established budget
- Managing the correct assortment and optimizing product performance
- Conducting market research and analyzing market demand and trends
- Collaborating with analysts to translate market data and customer insights into opportunities
- Translating market insights into new products in collaboration with product developers
- Preparing high-level business cases for product development
- Being responsible for the pricing strategy within your product portfolio
- Maintaining contacts with internal and external stakeholders within the chain
Who are you?
- You have a completed HBO+ or WO degree, preferably in (technical) business administration, public administration, supply chain, or logistics
- You have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in product management, logistics, or supply chain
- You have an entrepreneurial and results-oriented attitude – a true “getting-things-done” mentality
- You have excellent conceptual and analytical skills
- You have an affinity for data and data analysis
- You have experience with Excel; knowledge of PowerBI is a plus
- You are skilled at working with various stakeholders in an international environment
- You have excellent command of Dutch and English; German is a plus
