About the Role

We are looking for motivated packers and repackers for a professional fruit packaging company, who are eager to carefully prepare fresh fruit for shipment.

Whether you already have experience in production or are just starting out, you will have the opportunity to develop within a stable, international company where quality and teamwork are key.

What will you do?

As a packer/repacker, you will be responsible for carefully packaging, inspecting, and preparing fruit products.
You will work together with a close-knit team to ensure that orders are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Your tasks include:

• Sorting and inspecting fruit for quality
• Packaging and labeling products according to specifications
• Preparing orders for shipment
• Checking packaging materials and hygiene standards
• Supporting colleagues in the production process
• Keeping the workspace clean according to HACCP guidelines
• Working in a clean, temperature-controlled production environment where hygiene and precision are essential
• Ensuring smooth workflow together with your colleagues – from the production line to the truck

Who are you?

• You are precise, reliable, and motivated
• You work well in a team
• You are physically fit and comfortable working in a cooler environment
• You speak Dutch or English
• Experience in production or packaging work is a plus but not required
• You enjoy working with fresh products and have an eye for detail
• You are willing to work flexible hours depending on the schedule
