Vacancy Production Worker

What you will do:
With your efforts, you ensure our vegetable plants reach the growers on time and our herbs arrive fresh in stores. Thanks to you, millions of families can enjoy healthy and flavorful products! You play an important role in the cultivation of vegetable plants and herbs. Your tasks are varied and include:

• Manual cultivation and packaging tasks such as potting, staking (manually and with machines), topping, and packing;
• Cleaning the work environment;
• Performing internal transport within the greenhouse and warehouse;
• Learning to operate and working with various machines (e.g., seeders, automatic stake inserters, transport carts, and stackers);
• Opportunity to obtain a pesticide license to safely and certifiedly perform crop protection;
• Being involved, reliable, and results-oriented;
• Having a practical and flexible mindset;
• Enjoying teamwork and maintaining high-quality standards;
• Holding an MBO-level education in (greenhouse) horticulture;
• Having experience in (greenhouse) horticulture (preferred);
• Holding a valid pesticide license or forklift certificate (preferred);
• Speaking Dutch, German, and/or English (Dutch preferred);
• Being willing to work occasionally on weekends.

• A salary between €2,324 and €2,864* gross per month (based on 38 hours);
