Your challenge

As a Team Manager, you are responsible for the optimal functioning of your team and the efficient execution of the logistics process. You motivate 30 to 40 employees and collaborate with other team managers to implement process improvements. You monitor KPIs, manage process coordinators, and ensure a safe working environment for your team.

• A salary according to the collective labor agreement (CAO) of €3,913 to €5,542 (based on 38 hours per week);

What we ask from you:
With your genuine involvement, you ensure that your team always delivers the best results. Your enthusiasm ensures that your team enjoys coming to work. Furthermore, we are happy if:

• You have a completed HBO (higher professional) education, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration;
• You have 0-3 years of experience in a managerial role within logistics;
• You work goal-oriented and make clear agreements with your team;
• You have good process insight and know how to interpret and adjust data accordingly;
