As a Team Leader Production, you will lead a large and diverse team within the packaging department, where millions of pancakes, poffertjes, and pancakes are produced daily.
You are responsible for smooth production processes, optimal quality, and a safe working environment.

What will you do?

• Lead a team of approximately 60 colleagues, including line supervisors, operators, and packers.
• Ensure the packaging department runs optimally and play an active role in upcoming automation initiatives.
• Maintain safety, quality, and working conditions within your team.
• Collaborate with other team leaders to achieve KPIs and optimize processes.
• Motivate and support employees in their personal development.
• Conduct evaluation and absence discussions and coach your team effectively.
• Work schedule: two-shift system
• Shift times: 06:15 – 15:15 and 15:15 – 00:15

Who are you?

• You have MBO-level work and thinking skills and at least 5 years of leadership experience in an industrial environment.
• You have knowledge of and experience with packaging processes in the food industry.
• You are a people-oriented leader who can motivate and inspire others.
• You have an affinity for a multicultural work environment.
• You are proactive, stress-resistant, and able to set priorities.
• You can make independent decisions and drive improvement projects effectively.
• You are a careful team player with strong communication skills.
• You are available to work in a two-shift system.
